Training

Our training is tailored to the needs of each client and designed to support staff to develop confidence apply what they have learnt in  practice. We work closely with organisations to ensure that sessions are directly relevent to their service and reflect the work and challenges encountered by their staff. 

✅ In person training: Gecko training are Somerset based. We can deliver training in the Southwest region at a venue of your choice for up to 30 attendees at one time. 

✅Virtual training options. We provide the same high quality content via webinar enabling your team to attend from anywhere.

Gecko training cover the following areas of practice. All training will be customised to your orgnisational requirements. Certificates of attendance are provided. 

• Adult Safeguarding

• The Mental Capacity Act 

• Deprivation of liberty

• Consent in children and young people
